Browse executive assistant and personal assistant job roles placed by JM&Co. Recruitment. Executive assistants and personal assistants are among the most valued and trusted members of any senior leadership team - managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and logistics, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the people they support can operate at their best. A great EA or PA brings discretion, proactive thinking and exceptional organisational ability to everything they do, and candidates who combine these qualities with strong communication skills are consistently in demand across South Northamptonshire and North Oxfordshire.

We recruit for permanent and fixed term contract executive assistant and personal assistant job roles across Brackley, Banbury, Bicester, Buckingham, Silverstone, Towcester and the surrounding areas, working with senior leaders and executive teams across businesses of all sizes from growing SMEs through to larger national and international organisations with a local presence. Whether you are an experienced EA or PA looking for your next role or a business looking to recruit an exceptional organisational professional, JM&Co. has the local knowledge and candidate network to find the right match.
